We Know Video

If video is what you need, then you've come to the right place. We create programs tailored specifically to the needs of public agency clients like you. We view our clients as partners in the production process and we'll walk with you through every stage—from concept development, scripting, and production, through post-production editing, complete with computer graphics and animation. When your program is finished, we'll deliver it to you on videotape, DVD, or online via the Web.

Video production can be thought of in two categories: technology and techniques. If you're interested in our technology and equipment, give us a call (530-898-4077) and we'll be glad tell you all about it.  As for as techniques—we often use a combination of video production techniques in your shows. For example, an educational program might have a segment that looks like a documentary, or even like a TV commercial, and many programs will use computer graphics and animation to help illustrate a concept. • Instructional, Educational, and Informational Videos
  IMC Productions has created hundreds of instructional, educational, and informational video programs over the years. We apply the same expert skills we've learned producing instructional video programs for college-level courses to the program materials we produce for your government and public sector audiences. That means we know how to ask the right questions to construct a unique and effective blueprint for your program. And once we have a great blueprint, we can build you a great program.
• Animation
  If you have an idea that is impossible to stage and film—think computer animation. Whether you need to look at the forces inside of a volcano or the view from the inside of an internal combustion engine, our skilled animators can design and create it for you. Our animated segments can illustrate a single concept (Defensive Driver Training) or feature an animated character, like Eddie the Mammoth (Jurupa Museum Project) as the narrator to demonstrate a geological process. • Documentary Video
  Documentaries can tell a story that is either scripted or unscripted. Interviews can play a large part in documentary video production as can stand-up or voice-over narrators. Historical documentaries offer the opportunity to use archival photos and documents, and with the addition of actors can help to recreate a time and place. In the past we have worked hand-in-hand with our colleagues from the theatre arts department to help with stage sets, costumes, and make-up for our mini dramas.
• Public Service Announcements/TV Commercials
  If you need to get the word out about one of your services consider a public service or TV and radio ad campaign. IMC Productions has produced spots (public service announcements and commercial ads) that have aired in both regional and statewide media campaigns.
• CD/DVD Development and Distribution
  IMC Productions can turn your finished video program into professional quality DVDs and distribute them to your audience. We'll create the DVD to match the design of your video program so that it becomes part of an integrated package.
