IMC Productions can easily be your "in-house" media department. We can work with you in a variety of ways, from simple "walk-in" transactions, to purchase orders, to extensive multi-year contracts.
State agency projects may use a Standard Agreement, and could be started within a matter of weeks. If you prefer a Services Contract , we can work against your lump sum "not to exceed" budget figure and bill you on an hourly basis for our time spent on the project.
SCM 5.80 B.1 stipulates that competitive bidding is not required when contracting with California State Universities and their auxiliary organizations. With a production services contract IMC Productions can work against a lump sum amount responding quickly to your media needs. In this way your agency may work on several media projects at once under the same umbrella contract. Each new project uses a scope-of-work statement to clarify the goals of that project, and your agency is billed on a per-hour basis for the time it takes IMC Productions staff to complete the job.
